A subtle dream, infringing upon the borders of utter nothingness. Trapped, soon, along the path carved by inner madness, the gilded scales of a sapient entity shrouding reality from what is unknown. As the darkness manifests the empty space, an individual light, crafted by hands divine enough to merit admiration, cast itself upon the phantasmic creature that was strewn together by strings of shadows.
She walks the path devoid of life, entering the frail liberation that soon bestowed itself heavily upon her shoulders. The weight of it all, a ghoulish fiend hunched over ever so slightly as she mustered her strength through courage to look ahead, staring into the depths of her future. It was the cosmos that danced within her eyes; two empyrean jewels that rolled in color changing ever so dramatically. Salmon and amethyst, sapphire and topaz, the stars that shine through her immense gaze reflect the mayhem of memories well cherished. It is her way of seeing, her way of understanding the new world as it had shown itself to her. A comparison of all things chaos to the simplicities of newfound life, gifting her the gait akin to a fervent learner. WIP- Might actually change this, ehh.

Perhaps even monsters fear great things. Dread weeps, as Sabriel calls them.

- Fear of Insanity -
She longs not for the day when she loses control over herself. While it is undetermined that she may or may not slip into madness, she still fears it greatly and would often go into hiding as soon as some unknown urge builds inside. Emerson had once told her that it was all in her head, and that this particular fear is linked to her Aggressive Obsessions disorder [scroll down]. It's not on her mind to always harm anyone, but exceptions are made when it involves vengeance. She absolutely dislikes when those she's close to get hurt or often killed, and it's that fear [of Isolation] that also feeds her fear of Insanity.A G A T E O P H O B I A

- Fear of Receiving Praise -
While this is somewhat contrary to her fear of Failure, it's still something she takes careful consideration of. Even if she does not fail and bests the tasks she feels obligated to do, she would frown at the idea of receiving any sort of praise for the job well done. Being the discreet individual she is, she'll shy away from being the center of attention or perhaps shoot a death glare at anyone who dares put her on the spot. It makes her feel rather uncomfortable, and all she wants is to go by life without much exposure.- Fear of Receiving Praise -

- Fear of Solitude -
It's a common fear. No one really enjoys being alone, surrounded by no one but their own reflection or shadow. Sabriel had gone through this at two points in her life, and she'll make sure there wouldn't be another time. This, of course, makes her the protective canid she is today, and would disobey or bend the rules if it meant defending the ones she is close to. It makes her blind in some aspects, and to an extent, she realizes that this type of hostile behaviour towards anything harmful is worthy food for her fear of Insanity.- Fear of Solitude -

- Fear of Failure -
Failure isn't really on her agenda. If she fails, she honestly wouldn't know what to do. Perhaps she wouldn't be able to live with herself anymore. Perhaps she'd hide forever. Perhaps this would set her fear of Isolation in motion, because if she failed, no one would be willing to stick around a seemingly useless canine. Sabriel was always one to fail, but there was never a time when she didn't make a successful comeback. An excelling warrior, a diligent student, a worthy opponent. Even if she knows deep down that failure wasn't possible, it was still an unexpected fear.- Fear of Failure -

I've only just met you and I'm already attached. That says a lot, to be honest. But I suppose it's because you remind me of someone... and, I want to always be there for you. To protect you. I was terrified when Vulcan attacked and I want to make sure you never experience that again, if you'll allow it. And, hopefully I get to learn more about you as time goes on.

I suppose it was some sort of nightmare that turned you into a monster, huh? I suggest you take control over yourself because if this ever happens again, I will not hesitate to end your

I don't think you had much of a choice but regardless, I could've handled it myself. You didn't need to step in and help, but- I'd still like to thank you.
