Backstory
As far as Octavia's backstory goes, she had a dream of this wolf that is actually her birth mother. Her birth mother gave her information that led to Octavia finding out that Alekiha and Ayamo are her older sisters. Her mother had 'so called' passed away when Alekiha and Ayamo were younger, but she ended up surviving. When she disappeared, she was pregnant with Octavia but of course the information wasn't spilled until Octavia came to Alekiha about the crazy dream she had. When Octavia was born, her mother took care of her until she about 2 months old. Her mother then left her and passed away(As far as Octavia knows
). Soon after, Daren and Legoas stumbled upon Octavia and decided to adopt her. Until this crazy dream and realization that it was real, Octavia had thought that she was an outcast and such..But she now she knows her destiny within the pack and is ready to risk her life for The Pack of The Intrepidus.
Being an Empath
Octavia is an Empath. An empath is somebody who can feel the emotions of a person, place or thing around them; whether it being right beside them or across a room. Empath's are outgoing, and often put other people's needs or wants before theirs. Being an empath doesn't mean that your psychic or have supernatural abilities. It basically means that your emotional reaction to others is heightened. Octavia's vision, hearing, or scent isn't higher than the normal wolf. She can't see the future or anything like that. But when around somebody, she can pick up the general feeling of how they feel; whether they feel happy, sad, in pain, etc.
