He remembers the growls and snarls of his family, teeth and claws scraping flesh and blood. He was in the middle of this mosh, his own teeth and claws ripping the flesh of his enemies. A year old, but experienced enough to fight on the field; large enough to pin his enemy and bury his canines into the trachea. But... He wasn't big enough for him.
His muscles were more defined, his structure stronger and his movements quicker. A lunge, and he lost his vision in one eye; a dash, and his ear was completely torn. Glyds couldn't wait for his other brother, his parents; he had to dart.
And that he did, running with his brother, wounded pillars eventually leading to his collapse. But somehow... He stayed alive. That mysterious canine with the beard of a dragon and his weird-tasting remedies. Glyds did not remember the brute's title, only his unparalleled knowledge that lead them, to her.
They were not in the same pack. Glyds stayed in the mountains while she stay in the forest. But, that one fateful day lead to his Warrior blood to boil in his veins. She was a commander, willing to train him to his very last sweats. And that she did.
Glyds was nearly paralysed on their first battle and the second he came close to feeling the female's teeth sink into his throat. But their bond paralleled that of a mother and son.
He was stronger at 2 and a half, his muscles plenty and structure scarred. His handsome looks were... Tainted with experience. It was on one day where he walked up from the mountains, mane tainted with mysterious patterns... It was his brother. Glyds rejoiced! He was happy to see is blood, but sad to leave. Holly was sad too, but, like a mother, accepted that one day her cub would have to leave.
They all travelled, battling for territory, fighting for food. Until, a light spread across a sandy clearing, mist covering the figures resting within the territory. Wolves, many of them. Their later family...
